ü Streamyx 512k FREE MODEM RM66(Monthly supcription fee at rm49.90 for 12 months..)

ü Streamyx 1mbps FREE MODEM RM88(Monthly supcription fee at RM69.90 for 12 month.)

ü Streamyx 512k FREE MODEM RM84(Monthly supcription fee at RM67.90 for 12 month.)

ü Business Broadband SOHO 1MBPS(Monthly supcription fee at RM99.90 for 12 month.)

TERMS & CONDITIONS

§ Promotion is valid from 15th January 2008 until 31th December 2010.

§ These special packages are exclusive to Melaka residents only and valid for the

fixed line number residing in Melaka State only.

§ Speed of service is on "best effort basis".

§ Services is subject to availability & technical testing during installation.

§ The packages are applicable for NEW and EXISTING customer who are residing

within Melaka State.

§ Packages valid for RESIDENTAL category only.

§ The 1st bill received will include an installation fee of RM88, a one-time service

activation fee of RM75, a one-month subscription fee(from date of service activition) and an advance charge of the 2nd month subcription fee.

§ Customer are not allowed to downgrade the packages within the minimum

subscription period.If customer terminate the minimum subcription period,the remaining balance will be charged and customer is required to return the modem.

§ Modem warranty period for FREE Modem packages is 12 months but for With

Modem packages (SOHO) is for the duration of customer's subcription.

§ The minimum subcription period is 24 months.

§ Streamyx In the Box and online registration is NOT applicable for this package.

§ New termination policy for streamyx is applicable.
